Cancellation Policies

If you can­cel or mod­i­fy your guar­an­teed reser­va­tion with­in 24 hours pri­or to the check-in time of your reser­va­tion, you will be charged a penal­ty of 1 night’s stay at the rate reserved. If the mod­i­fi­ca­tion and/or can­cel­la­tion is made more than 24 hours pri­or to the check-in time, you will not be charged this penal­ty. In both sit­u­a­tions, if there is a cred­it bal­ance, it will not be refund­ed, but will remain avail­able for use for a peri­od of 4 months (120 days) from the date of the reser­va­tion in ques­tion. After this peri­od, the amount will remain in favor of the Hotel.

Remarks on rates and pay­ment meth­ods
Rates quot­ed in U.S. dol­lars can be paid in pesos at the offi­cial exchange rate of Ban­co Nación on the day of pay­ment. Please con­tact us for bank details. Pay­ment can be made by cred­it card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).

War­ran­ty
Regard­less of the means by which you have made your reser­va­tion, a cred­it card will be request­ed at check-in as a guar­an­tee of accom­mo­da­tion, extras, or both as appro­pri­ate. This method can­not be replaced by any oth­er method. No cash, deb­it card, trans­fer or pledge of pay­ment will be received instead. Please under­stand that these are secu­ri­ty mea­sures for the hotel but also for you.

In addi­tion, if request­ed, this reser­va­tion may be con­firmed with the pay­ment of the first night’s accom­mo­da­tion. This can be done by bank trans­fer, bank deposit, off-line pay­ment by cred­it card, pay­ment link or in per­son at our estab­lish­ment.

Once the guar­an­tee pay­ment has been made, please send the bank receipt by this means to [email protected]. Once received, the invoice will be issued to the final con­sumer. In case of need­ing spe­cif­ic details in the invoice you must inform it when send­ing the vouch­er, oth­er­wise it will be issued in the name of the hold­er and will not be re-invoiced.
