Cancellation Policies

If you cancel or modify the guaranteed reservation within 24 hours prior to the check-in time of your reservation, you will have to pay a penalty of 1 night for the value of the reserved rate. If the modification and/or cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the check-in time, you will not have to pay this penalty. In both situations, if there is a credit balance, it will not be refunded, but will remain to be used for a period of 4 months (120 days), from the date of the reservation in question. After this period, such amount will remain in favor of the Hotel.

Remarks on rates and payment methods
Rates quoted in U.S. dollars can be paid in pesos at the official exchange rate of Banco Nación on the day of payment. Please contact us for bank details. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).

Warranty
Regardless of the means by which you have made your reservation, a credit card will be requested at check-in as a guarantee of accommodation, extras, or both as appropriate. This method cannot be replaced by any other method. No cash, debit card, transfer or pledge of payment will be received instead. Please understand that these are security measures for the hotel but also for you.

In addition, if requested, this reservation may be confirmed with the payment of the first night's accommodation. This can be done by bank transfer, bank deposit, off-line payment by credit card, payment link or in person at our establishment.

Once the guarantee payment has been made, please send the bank receipt by this means to [email protected]. Once received, the invoice will be issued to the final consumer. In case of needing specific details in the invoice you must inform it when sending the voucher, otherwise it will be issued in the name of the holder and will not be re-invoiced.
