Check-in and check-out times
The hotel establishes as check-in time from 3:00 pm and check-out time until 11:00 am.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
The cost of these additional fees corresponds to 50% of the daily rate for early check-in between 09:00 hours and late check-out between 11:00 and 18:00 hours.
In case of check-in before 09:00 hours or check-out after 18:00 hours, 100% of the rate for an additional night will be charged.
Smoke-free hotel
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or in the public areas of the hotel. In case of non-compliance, fines may be applied to cover the costs of cleaning and sanitization of the spaces.
Pets
The hotel does not allow pets.
Accessibility for people with disabilities or reduced mobility

Responsibility and Security
The hotel offers a free safe in each room; therefore, the hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of valuables inside the hotel.
On the other hand, the rooms have valuable objects. The guest will be responsible for any damage, theft or loss. All expenses incurred for repairs or replacements will be covered by the guest.
The hotel is not responsible for changes or cancellations related to fires, epidemics or health risks, technical transportation problems, flight delays due to weather conditions or mechanical reasons, closure of airports or ports, or any force majeure event beyond the control of the establishment.

Services and excursions
External services and excursions are booked directly with the supplier and are subject to their own terms and conditions. The hotel acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for cancellations or changes in the services contracted to third parties.
