Check-in and check-out times
The hotel estab­lish­es as check-in time from 3:00 pm and check-out time until 11:00 am.

Ear­ly Check-In / Late Check-Out
The cost of these addi­tion­al fees cor­re­sponds to 50% of the dai­ly rate for ear­ly check-in between 09:00 hours and late check-out between 11:00 and 18:00 hours.

In case of check-in before 09:00 hours or check-out after 18:00 hours, 100% of the rate for an addi­tion­al night will be charged.

Smoke-free hotel
Smok­ing is not allowed inside the rooms or in the pub­lic areas of the hotel. In case of non-com­pli­ance, fines may be applied to cov­er the costs of clean­ing and san­i­ti­za­tion of the spaces.

Pets
The hotel does not allow pets.

Acces­si­bil­i­ty for peo­ple with dis­abil­i­ties or reduced mobil­i­ty

Respon­si­bil­i­ty and Secu­ri­ty
The hotel offers a free safe in each room; there­fore, the hotel is not respon­si­ble for dam­age or loss of valu­ables inside the hotel.
On the oth­er hand, the rooms have valu­able objects. The guest will be respon­si­ble for any dam­age, theft or loss. All expens­es incurred for repairs or replace­ments will be cov­ered by the guest.
The hotel is not respon­si­ble for changes or can­cel­la­tions relat­ed to fires, epi­demics or health risks, tech­ni­cal trans­porta­tion prob­lems, flight delays due to weath­er con­di­tions or mechan­i­cal rea­sons, clo­sure of air­ports or ports, or any force majeure event beyond the con­trol of the estab­lish­ment.

Ser­vices and excur­sions
Exter­nal ser­vices and excur­sions are booked direct­ly with the sup­pli­er and are sub­ject to their own terms and con­di­tions. The hotel acts only as an inter­me­di­ary and is not respon­si­ble for can­cel­la­tions or changes in the ser­vices con­tract­ed to third par­ties.
